Beja Private Tour & Wine Tasting
Beja has existed in some form since the Celts, and in Roman times it was an important city named Pax Julia. You can hunt down several traces from this period, but the most amazing is in a glass floor where a museum has been built on top of an ancient Roman street. The Museum Rainha Dona Leonor is not be missed, and has been open for more than 200 years, showing off the majestic decor.
“Quinta da Malhadinha à Nova” is a relaxing Wine estate close to Beja, where you can taste some of the very best wines and relax in calmness of the countryside
